This place is so bad, the wait times are ridiculous and the doctors are very unprofessional.

I have been going to Gowan Road Medical Centre for years. I have found Sharon and her team to be very compassionate and professional.

Excellent customer service, doctors are very professional and patient! They take time in listening and helping with problems!

I’ve been going to this clinic for few years and the ladies are always very nice and polite on the phone. Dr Min Chen is very professional, thorough and patient. Highly recommend Dr Chen!

I don’t care what other reviews are saying about the other doctors but Doctor Zhao is the best GP I have ever met. High quality service and patience. Always tries to find a cause and reason and is polite and caring. On the wall of the clinic, you will find a large red banner in Chinese roughly translated to “exquisitely skilled doctor: Zhao Chengyuan”, awarded by one of his many patients who obviously appreciates the hard work Doctor Zhao puts in. Every night Doctor Zhao told me he returns home at 6:30 however even as his last patient, he is guaranteed to satisfy his patient’s needs to a high degree. All in all, Doctor Zhao is the best GP Doctor I know, and is a inspiration to me to become as hardworking as him.

Dr Min Chen is AMAZING. She is super thorough and caring for her patients. I am so glad to have a GP like her

There's a woman named Sophia who works at the front desk and is very rude. Her attitude was very bad and she was not professional at all. I think you should stay at home if you are not qualified for this job. Because every patient comes here to see a doctor, not to suffer your bad manners.
