I caledl to report watermain break at 6:30am. I was surprised a person answered the phone and was able to tell me they were already on it. When I walked by after work, the problem had been fixed. Well done WSSC!
I called and got no one but got a review of my service
Worst water company ever! Faulty billing system with demonstrable erroneous outrageous billing & they won’t fix it! My average bill, which is less than $250, suddenly rockets to $1700, despite not having leaks… They are aware of the malfunction as featured in the June 2022 Investigative TV story, and won’t fix it!!!!
They mark up the prices. They don’t answer their phones in a timely manner and should be sued. They just pull as much money out as they can without permission.
They charged me 178$ two times for the same period

Literally called them to shut the water off at the street. Scheduled them to come out the next morning and never showed up. Waited all day and no response. Not even a call to update us throughout the day.
Miserable company with OLD LEGACY web application and NO IT SUPPORT AT ALL!!! And that's 21st CENTURY!
