We visited emergency department and there was a doctor Ihsan Danish. He was very kind and professional. His English is excellent. He helped us a lot. Dr. Danish is a great example how patients should be treated. Thank you very much ❤️
Deceivers. Never trust them. For one day analys and treatment they said 4000-5000 tl on beginning. It was no any worsening or any additional costs, but final price was 9000 tl. And they said that we need to be there for no reason one more day. Liars…
doctors are nice, equipments are good.
it is crowded btw and takes time to get appointment. but as a foreigner, prices are very low in comparison to private hospitals.

I have mixed feelings about this hospital because I had good care sometimes when I visited before covid. The emergency department treated me well and very efficiently and I saw a few good doctors including one cardiologist.
On the other hand one cardiologist did not even lift his head to look at me just gave me prescription without even checking me and I also had a negative experience with a neurologist, he too did not even look at me.
The most unpleasant encounter though is a guy who calls himself a translator who came down from upstairs to “translate “ he was pompous, self righteous and downright rude but he chose the wrong person to be rude to because I stood up to up and told him off, reminding him that a translator’s job is to listen carefully the explain the patient’s concern to the doctor not to grandstand and act like he OWN the place and called all the shots!
I then stormed out and went to the Baskent international hospital where they treated me with respect!,
I will go back if I need to but I will do so with my own translator because as I said earlier, some of the doctors were really very good and caring! Those are the ones I am giving the stars to!

Worst experience ever. For the Mammography they treated me like a piece of meat, were careless. I was in pain, traumatized and shocked. Results did not come for more than 1 month, and you need to pock them up there.
Had another appointment scheduled but after waiting for 1 hour, being shouted at twice, I just left.
Just rude personnel sho have no work ethics . I paid full price for service, received pain and rudeness. Shame on them

Poor staff, rude, unapproachable, unable to communicate in any other language
Went on a Sunday with a high fever and fear of Covid. Nobody spoke English. Waited an hour to meet the front desk (like an office!!!)
I told the guy that I was worried and told him I couldn’t speak Turkish fluently and would like to say to him my symptoms using the translator. Apparently, he was against translation!!! Or had a rough breakup with a translator. I don’t know. But he got frustrated and told me to wait an hour or more for someone to come to speak English with me! When I argued, he said it’s Sunday, you “shouldn’t” have come today!!!
I was laughing my … off because I didn’t know I could talk to my body to get sick on non-public holidays.
Anyhow, I left and visited another private hospital (Yasam Hospital) and was done in 15 minutes.
Went on a Sunday with a high fever and fear of Covid. Nobody spoke English. Waited an hour to meet the front desk (like an office!!!)

Just visited 15.08.2020 my mother has problem with the ear, ( pain, noise) we came to emergency hall, Reception was rude and not friendly and not speaking ENGLISH, we were sent to the emergency room, wait 20 minutes, doctor checked the ear and said it is infection, when I asked to check the blood for infection to be sure, he said-No. We pay 100 lir. It was not easy to pay, because the accept only cash and traditional plastic cards.
