Very unprofessional service! I went there, and my child was crying, and the guy there told me why I didn't leave my child with somebody he is distubing him and others. I am trying to soothe my child, and this guy keeps talking negatively. He was very out of order!

Save your money. Got fingerprinted here and the FBI rejected them because they were too low quality. I went back to get them redone and they CHARGED ME AGAIN! They claimed it wasn't their fault and claimed there it was because of my fingers?! Unbelievably rude. It cost $30 both times - let's hope they aren't rejected again.

EDIT: My second round of fingerprints were also rejected. I have no words.

Very nice staff fast,efficient, professional service. Ms. Mary is absolutely beautiful and amazing. Not too much parking, other than parking. I have no issues. I would come back again.

Arrived at 750 am. I waited outside till 815 since they were supposed to open at 8. They did not open at all. 3 other people walked up and tugged on the door

Paid $40 for an Uber to come and it was closed. In the website it says it closes at 5pm, not true! I wasted my time and my money. I knocked on the door because they were in and no one opened.

Their work time is not same as the website it’s says until 5pm but I arrived at front desk no one was there then saw peace of paper says they will be back soon wait almost 30 minutes no one was there to help. Please if you guys have lunch time break close mention it on the website so we don’t have to came there and wait for unknown time please thank you

They leave u in their wait area without saying a word and then they lock the door for launch without even saying how long it will take…How fair can this be and worst is when asked no one can tell you how long thier launch break will take

Terrible , will never go back . Long wait inside people came in after me went before me . All in all i find out 2 months later the fingerprints i originally went for wasn’t submitted correctly . When i called back they said we don’t submit those type of fingerprints but i did call prior to making my appointment to verify it was actually something offered. No refund offered as well . Will not return or recommend to anyone
