Good multi story. NOT 24 hr access but can park overnight. One lift wasn’t working but the other one at the other end of the car park was. Clean and easy to park. Wheelchair users should use the entrance closest to Holiday Inn Extra, as the other one takes you through as courtyard with various steps.

Use this car park fairly regularly and the lift at the end near to dance city is usually out of order which is a big inconvenience for older and disabled people

Good car park if you have a small car if you are just general public don't expect to get parked on lower floors as these all seem to be season ticket holders or platinum ticket holders. We have used this car park several times and lifts have never been working when we were there.

Most spaces are for permit holders and you end up parking on the top floors. Lifts tend to be out of order but central and easy to find. you can pay on an app.

Parking no problem but went to level 5 before we found a free space that was not permit holders only. We have AudiQ5 and i thought the entrance/exit quite narrow but with some unnecessary kerbs. I did catch alloys slightly once even though I was careful. I think if you have anything larger I would be tempted to park elsewhere. The manoeuvring between levels was no problem.

Plenty of spaces but really tight to drive into and really small spaces. In fairness we do have a WV T6 but my passengers had to get out in the middle of the carpark so I could pull into the space as there wasn't room to open the door

Used this car park a few times over the years, & reading through these reviews, my own experience is very different! Yes car parking tends to be on the upper floor & spaces are tight but it's a city centre car park most places are like this now. There's plenty signage to explain how the parking charges work. Admittedly, if you're in a rush it can be a stressor so if you've never used the App parking I'd recommend downloading the Pay by Phone app, put in your bank card details & youh ave it for future use & it's really simple from then on & many of Newcastle car park have this system so worth downloading the app in advance.
