Brickhouse

By far one of the worst experiences we've had in downtown wyandotte. Right when we walked in there was dirty tables and trash on the ground and on top of it they were very under staffed (1 waitress and 1 bartender, both in which did the best they could). We really wanted to try the Pimento cheese spread but they were all out so we skipped on an appetizer and ordered our food and drinks...we got 2 cocktails which cost 9 dollars that were the size of a shot when we received them (they were good tho - but not worth the size) I ordered the blackened chicken alfredo (which had no flavor what so ever) and my wife ordered a steak medium well, my wife steak had no flavor and was over cooked her potatoes were dry and also flavorless my wife tried being a trooper and just eating it so she asked for A1 and they were all out (the waitress waived this meal because she when looking at it said wow this was cooked poorly). The only positive I can say about our visit was the French onion was good. Disappointing experience to say the least.

Unfortunately after my visit yesterday with my husband and friends, I wouldn’t recommend. I ordered a sirloin steak dinner and unfortunately I had to send it back . Way over cooked and no flavor. Really the only thing I can say was good was the French onion soup. Was told they didn’t have but a dabble of A1 left in the building. Service was ehhh okay, I felt like the waiter could of cared less, she was the only one I saw working the floor so that could of been a reason . The place has potential, chef needs to pay a little more attention to details and more servers may be needed to ensure food gets out fast while it’s hot . I really wanted to like this place so I’m bummed out plus I’m pregnant so I was really bummed because I wanted a good steak before my baby comes .

We made reservations for 10 people on a Friday night without a problem, and were honored to have Kennedy be our server. She did a fantastic job getting all the food and drinks out timely and correctly with a smile and took the time to joke with all of us and divide all the bills correctly...that is huge in itself.

We can't say enough about how good everyone's meals were. They ranged from onion soup to fish dinners to Philly steak sandwiches to chicken parm. Everyone kept saying how good and hot their meal was. The cocktails are in small glasses but they come with a kick! Good job to the bartender!

You might wonder why I am giving 5 stars for food, service and atmosphere but only 4 stars for overall. That is because the only complaint all of us had was that the music was terribly loud and the speaker was above our table. We could not hear each other talk. That made it very hard to visit with people we hadn't seen a long time. For that reason, I had to take a star away.

It was a great date night and we look forward to a return visit.

Clean and fun atmosphere, but food was just okay. Nachos were okay, onion rings decent, fish and chips were okay, wine was good. Not sure I'd return, but will give the opportunity one more time. 3 too many menus to look through for a higher end presenting eatery.

Went and had a late lunch with my husband. The food was absolutely amazing. The tartar sauce? Phenomenal. I'm an Alaskan, so that says a lot. Definitely our new spot. The chef, Z, brought our food to us and even stayed for a sec to chat. I forgot the ladies name that was in there, but she was amazing. Great portion sizes as well.

The food was incredible. The BEST French onion soup I have ever tasted. Their lemon chicken parm was heaven. Great drinks, great food, great service, and love that you can see the water from the outside seating area. Will most definitely be back!

Very cute love the atmosphere. Staff was nice but nothing overly impressive. Food is very well presented and very yummy. Prices are actually pretty cheap! They were a litlte slow brining out food. Definitely would come again though

Super good!

Got the brick house burger medium and it was cooked correctly and wasn’t tough. Bbq sauce was definitely different in a good way.

Mac and cheese was good if a little dry.

GF got the peaches and Brie flat bread and that was super interesting and fun
