I applied for a basic clerical position online and was scheduled for a phone interview at the end of the submission. I got a series of texts confirming my interview, recruiter asked for an updated resume and all of that.

Flash forward to the day. They didn't call. It was a day or two before Thanksgiving, so I figured I'd call on Monday. I got a weird email before I could call, saying we interviewed for some fancy banking job but they were declining.

That never happened. Someone was clearly covering for the fact they left work 2-3 days before Thanksgiving, then rejected me without even bothering to see what I applied for. I think they guessed banking because I'm Jewish, which felt great Hidalgo.

Was invited to apply for a position. After 2 months of onboarding and waiting for a start date, they call me to tell me they filled the position. They were pretty unprofessional and had poor communication. Don’t use Adecco staffing based in Chicago, they’ll just waste your time.

These people are absolute trash to deal with. They emailed me onboarding and all the I-9 stuff. I completed it. She responded and said I just sent you an assessment. I told her I received everything but that. She asked me to check spam. Obviously I know to check there too. She claimed to send it again. Never received it. My point is the same way I'm receiving our back and forth emails I should have received the assessment email as well. You clearly didn't send it. After that I was ghosted. They are the worst communicators in history.

The interview process just doesn't sit right with me. I was asked to re-type my experience that was provided on my resume, which I did not do. I was asked for my full name and location at the end of one of the questions which didn't coincide with the question. Second red flag. The third red flag was I tried to video call but didn't get a answer from him even though I'm speaking with him via computer for my responses. At that point is when i ended the quote-on-quote interview. As i type I'm still waiting for a response. Unfortunately, it seems like a scam.

One of the worst professional staffing agencies in the city. There is a lack of proper communication during the hiring process which leaves the client waiting for 2-4 weeks. I was contacted for an interview, I spoke with a representative in the office and walked me through the hiring/ interview process. He explained after the interview they would give me a call within 2-3 business days. I never received a call. It's common courtesy for a recruiter to contact us as stated. Very frustrating when you are looking for a job.

If I could this this Staffing agency 0 stars. I was suppose to get paid EVERY Friday and still haven’t got paid for the one day I did work. I have Contacted Ashley Anderson about the problem several times. She told me that HR would be sending me a check in the mail and I still haven’t gotten it. Ashley Anderson has blocked my number from contacting her. I will NEVER recommend this place to NOBODY unless you ready to get your money played with.
