This is a pathetic place the females at the counter need training bad attitude arrogant the ovens have timers but the chickn comes out burnt horrible taste how is that possible
My food is always cold or not properly cooked the staff always have a don't care attitude when I go so I boycott them as far as possible
Went there during my lunch break, because no one picks up the landline. They always never have the full menu...not sure why. The icecream dispenser is always not working.
Food is usually good, Zinger Wings at times can be a huge dissapointment with little to no flavour.
I stick to the wraps because these are usually pretty great: Boxmaster, Twister, Wrapsta.
Service is usually very good, quite friendly staff that try their best under pressure.
Change of playlist is needed or softer music, as this doesn't currently make for a very relaxing environment, especially during the morning for breakfast.

As with most KFC outlets, the service is fairly efficient, there is adequate seating and there is a great variety. Also very nice coffee at a more affordable price. This is located inside a good mall & surrounded by many other popular eating places as well.
Once again poor quality food from KFC Bluff Shopping Centre. This branch just doesn't care about the quality of the food that they are sending out to their customers. Ordered a snack burger and chips for my daughter as part of our order. I was disappointed and disgusted in the pathetic excuse for a burger that was unwrapped from the packaging. Way over cooked, rubbery and tiny patty. Bun was also squashed together like it had been ridden over and I wasn't given an option on Uber Eats to remove the garnish. This burger wasn't even worth R10 let alone the R32 I paid for this meal.
This branch really needs to work on its pride and pay more attention to what they are sending out to their customers or change your staff because they obviously just don't care.
We as Bluff residents want to support Bluff businesses but when you are served with this sort of quality then you can understand why people don't want to shop here.

Just 2 issues ... the workers should actually put a smile on their face when serving customers trust me it helps and probably will create a more happy environment for the customers and workers. Well your hiring team should be accountable for the type of workers you employ
The food: mash and gravy was light brown and probably diluted to create more gravy. It had no taste. The wings were dry and tasteless. Quality and standards are dropped.
