2000 M Street NW LAZ Parking Garage

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. We pulled in yesterday and they told us that we would be able to pick up our car into the morning, TWO workers told us this. We get there in the morning and the worker says “are you going to park here today.” We looked at each hour confused, as we were walking in to get our car… what did he think we were going to park? Our invisible car? So we gets mad and tells us we owe another $20 for today. Whatever we go to pay and he says “you have cash?” Confused, we say “no? Do you all not take card?” As we paid in card yesterday, he gets mad again and calls someone speaking in another language. Long story short he was trying to basically pocket money for himself and we ended up paying double. Never never would I recommend, valet at your hotel or find another parking garage.
