Great parking facility. Escalators available to bring you up into the pavilion

Nice and clean parking garage. All ticket machines actually work, which is hard to say for other garages we've visited.

It took us at least 30 minutes to get into the parking deck that we prepaid for and nearly an hour to exit. They would benefit from having more people at the entrance instead of inside to control the traffic and properly communicate that the lot is full to keep the line moving. They should invest in an officer to control the traffic for these events so people are not irate

I always encounter a problem with validated parking time after visiting the movie theater. The machine should be repaired, or staff need to stop overcharging. 3 hours are free (validate) while at the Regal theater. Please verify upon entrance

Gallery place parking was great! Paid $27 for 2 hrs or so! Nice place, smiley parking agent!! Enough space and close to entrance-- you may be walking at least 20 minutes--1 + miles to come back to some of the museums! Nice place and friendly staff!!

I really liked this parking!
We went to concert at Capital one arena and it was super convenient.
Very clean, safe, plenty of spots to park and large enough to park smoothly.
We ended up at level 4 and yes, we waited like an hour! to exit but considering how many people were at the concert and we were at level 4, it’s understandable.
Only thing I wish was if there’s bathroom available in the parking building!
While we waited an hour to exist, my husband wanted to go to bathroom but there’s none! Security stuff told him he has to go the bar across the street because capital one arena was already closed.
So make sure to go to bathroom before you try to exit the parking because you have to wait quite a bit in the car!
But overall experience, I am happy and recommend!

Parked here for the Panic at the Disco concert at Capital One. Parking was easy, ended up on level 3. Loved being able to go straight into the venue. The problem was after. They collect the tickets from every single car, causing a major jam to exit. We waited about 45 minutes for the levels above us to move. Then inched along for about 20 more minutes to exit. This is really unacceptable. I would have gladly parked a block or two away and been able to leave the area an hour earlier! I had used SpotHero & prepaid. I had to scan my qr code to enter and then again to exit. A complete waste of time.
