I had a trip away in Guildford and popped into store to avoid the rain and very nice guy made me feel so welcome and told me about jeans they did that were good in the rain and had a reflective strip on rear. Before I knew it I had them and a great jumper that was reduced to an amazing price. I don’t normally shop in Gant but the staff were so nice and made me feel like a regular. Love my new jeans! Thanks again and keep up the warm service.

Positives first Gant are great clothes. I bought a pair of trousers to find when I got home the security tag was still on them. I had to take them back the following morning to have it removed, which was over an hour return trip as I had bought them tor that evening. I was told by Michael that I would be contacted by his supervisor with some thing in the way of compensation. Week gone by heard nothing . I didn’t ask for compensation it was offered to me. This is not the level of service I would expect from Gant. Nick perrin

Really Fantastic store with lovely helpful staff - Great Range. My husband loves the clothes and the quality is great!

When you order online, pay in advance, and wish to return one of the ordered items when they are collected, would you ask for a proof of return? Of course! But, not so at GANT.
A friend who is a regular customer and is always happy with his experience at the GANT store in Guildford, England had this disappointing experience there, today. Upon being asked for a proof that the clothing item had been returned, the manager at the Guildford store refused outright to provide any, in language and demeanour that could best be classified as impolite, rude and disrespectful. Eventually, scribbled it on a piece of paper with the comment that he was the boss - an attempt at client intimidation ? Really upset at this display of derogatory behaviour towards the clients, from a brand I myself enjoy to wear.
