Cosy Club

We came to the cosy club for breakfast and loved it.

The place looks very impressive, spacious and bright. There are plenty of tables for a wide range of group sizes.

The menu has a wide variety of dishes for any taste. The food was delivered quickly and delicious 😋

For just £30 I and my wife had a wonderful breakfast 👍🏼

Being a bar restaurant, I almost regretted my choice of restaurant as soon as I walked in, being very noisy, but we had booked so carried on.
The 3 starters we had were not great. The duck (salad) was very dry, the chicken (korean) was over cooked and dry but the tomato mozzarella balls were quite tasty.
My lamb main course was tasty, but there was not a lot of lamb and the bread covered almost ½ of the plate.
The chicken dish was good, cooked well, moist.
We waited quite a while for desserts to come which were a little disappointing.
The lemon posset had an additional raspberry couli on, not mentioned on the menu which overpowered the lemon flavour of the posset. My Eton mess type thing did not have 'toasted' meringue but was totally raw and there did not appear to be any lime zest.
The wine cooler left the table very wet and I had to mop up the liquid left.
The waitress was ok on the whole but didn't seem interested when after asking us, we told her our issues with the starter (dryness).

The food was very tasty and well presented. The wine was good.

The music was very good, all 60's blues and soul.
The place is unusual and special.
I had a very relaxing time.
The seabass dish was just amazing 😍.

It is in a great location and the building is stunning inside. I kept looking at the ceiling details. I went for breakfast and had a stack of pancakes with a couple drinks. All tasted great and the service was quick and attentive.

I have some dietry needs at the moment & the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They consulted the chef, and I had the most beautifully presented, delicious meal. Everyone made me feel very welcome & not a nuisance at all- even though it was a very busy Saturday night. Thank you!

The food is absolutely delicious! It is a great place for brunch, good food and alcohol options. The ambience is great. The staff were kind and friendly. However, the service was a bit slow. We went on a Sunday for brunch, and it was quite busy, so it is understandable that the service might be a bit slow. But overall, great food and ambience.

Great food. They have a dedicated vegan menu you can ask for. They cater for most diets/allergens etc. Service was really good, staff attentive but not too much. Really beautiful interior. As the name suggest it was very cosy!

Lovely old building, great atmosphere, friendly staff and the food is good.
Calabrian chicken was great. Need to order some extra veg to mop up the spicy sauce. Cheesecake looked lovely but not much flavour from the raspberries or passion fruit.
