As bus stations go, it's not too bad. Just a bit dull looking, at least in comparison to other bus stations I've used. For starters, all of the bus stands have covered waiting areas with plenty of seats per bus stop. Live updates are provided and there are also a wide array of bus services you can get here.

Arriva have now run away so Stagecoach and Safeguard are the main bus operators here, with buses serving the likes of Aldershot, Horsham, Esher, Kingston, Leatherhead and Guildford outskirts.

Without doubt the worst " shopping centre" I have been to, and I've been to many all over the country. In point of fact it isn't a shopping centre in the broad sense at all - the vast majority of outlets are clothes/shoes. The opening hours are pathetic, come 6pm they can't wait to lock the doors. Doesn't seem to open much on bank holidays, the escalators and lifts are forever breaking down. Another thing is, having the bus station attached, access should be allowed until 8/9pm, at present people coming from the train station and etc have to basically walk the length of the building and back to get a bus. Typical of Guildford, in itself a poor shopping town, stuffed full of clothes shops, jewellers shops etc - try and buy basic items, no chance. Wake up Friary and GBC.

Dirty needs updating, in other words a total refurbishment.
