There is kids play area. Trampoline and video games. Coffee shop. And carefor. There (papa John's pizza shop) . And big parking on the roof.

So many parking slot, carrefour is cheap and special promotions.
The trampoline here is cheap and big and organized

The mall has very limited options for shopping and just has one or two eating outlets. The only reason u could visit is for its kids play area. There is a trampoline park for older kids while two soft play areas for younger ones. Weekdays cost 15 aed per hour and weekends its 20 aed

I went here to plan to open a business for European cuisine like a bakery with sweets and Juices, and I observed the place. The mall is clean and well-kept, and foot traffic is high, but my concept will not work here due to high competition. I spoke with the leasing executive, who was knowledgeable, professional and accomodating and has a excellent customer service. She is well-versed in commercial business and knows what will and will not work. The shop in foodcourt is little bit costly and there is some charges but the shop is new and semi furnished, I recommend her and this mall to anyone interested in starting a small or large business they have huge parking and its good to customers. They have an affordable kiosk and a variety of items to choose. They have cheesewheel pasta first time I saw in Ajman and its awesome!They have a very cheap price Trampoline play area which is recommended to all kids and family.

Great spot for shopping. #Carrefour is there, Great spot for #kids entertainment. #foodcourt is under development. #papajones under opening process. #coffee shop available with reasonable prices, nice and couzy coffee shop outlet. I hope #brands will definitely look for opening outlets here. Only roamed on the ground floor, there might be some more excitement on first floor. Easy road access. Good parking space. Spots also available for small stalls if someone interested in. Small business already have stalls around. Have reasonable packages. Mall staff cooperative and supportive.
