And here is main issue lift 🛗

Other facilities just amazing.
And this apartment 2nd floor Akar main office.
So, everything just amazing.

Main reason for visiting is for routine doctor follow ups and for my little boy vaccines and follow up.
Place is good in general and has underground parking with limited parking slots which are very narrow and challenging to maneuver

Very cheap price for groceries but very good quality. You take all items in under 1 roof with good price . I do my all groceries from grand mall every month . Especially fruits and vegetables are good and fresh
Do not come here if you plan to live here with your family. Recently there has been a HUGE (100+ people) of expat africans and chinese bachelors (yes bachelors with no family single) that have started to live here.
They have overloaded the already terrible lifts so much that starting from around 6:30 pm the lifts are unusable. There are 3 lobbies in the entire residential side with 4 lifts in each lobby. This means 12 lifts right? But you'd be wrong, since only 4 out of the 12 LIFTS WILL BE WORKING DURING THESE HOURS!!! These lifts were already bad before these people came but the normal resident can expect to get home safely within 1 to 2 mins max. Now this has become a 15 minute (if you are lucky) trip.
The situation is horrible here for the residents with families and kids that have to go out sometimes for school. These bachelors are very disrespectful and have no regard for women and children. Not to mention the women (bachelors that also came with the expats) are wearing very skimpy clothing.
Do not come here if you plan to live. Maybe come here for the prime medical center which is very useful with really helpful staff.

The mall has everything and a lot of potential but lacks the fundamental attraction: other people.
It failed to attract customers with proper super hyoer or name brand shopping experience.
It has prime medical that a lot of companies are medically insured with. Has adequate parking and the halls are kept exceptionally clean.
But I feel more marketing and advertisement would attract more people

Not much of a mall than a place to finish formal applications related to Municipality and AQAAR.
there are small grocery stores and a pharmacy, but the place is not being used as a mall though it has the potential.
I hope the parking will be more regulated and redesigned as it seem to have many spaces that can be used, however, it's painted red so people won't park in there.
