Great sessions, Henry is a fantastic instructor, with a lot of knowledge on strength conditioning. Totally recommend.

Henry is a great trainer and the results I've seen have been amazing. I can't recommend him enough. A new program every 8 weeks and diet plan also. He is great to train with pushing you hard while still having fun.

Henry is a great trainer! He is super enthusiastic and motivating. He helped set some really clear goals, came up with a plan and nutrition guide. We smashed the goals and I've never felt stronger. Prior to training with Henry I really disliked the gym and found them very overwhelming but now I have the confidence to keep going. Thanks Henry!

From the first interaction, Henry's been a training enthusiast who has wanted to see me become a better version of myself. Every session with him has been fueled with drive to help me achieve my goals. You'll never see Henry out of motivation to help you do better and push your limits. His knowledge is unparalleled when it comes to his passion and his positivity is infectious. In just a few months, he's helped me shatter my limits and smash my goals. I’ve been training with Henry for almost a year and will continue to do so.
Henry is passionate about what he does, genuinely cares for his clients and knows his stuff.
If you’re looking to start with a trainer, Henry is your man. You will get results!
He has dealt with gym shutdowns, area lockdowns and not having access to equipment in the past year. I thought with these issues our previously set goals were not going to a eventuate/ however a never say die attitude from Henry, training in the rain wherever it was possible and a can do attitude we got there.
I cannot recommend Henry highly enough.

I recently used Henry to work out a program for me leading up to State Championships in Dragon Boating. Henry did his research around the demands of the sport and helped me to be in the best shape I could be to peak at the right time. He is a friendly guy and good motivator during training sessions.

Henry is able to tailor sessions to your age bracket and is very knowledgeable in his field especially around strength training. Henry takes an interest in you as a person as well and what motivates you to train.

Henry even went the extra yard and came to one of my club training sessions to experience dragon boat paddling first hand. This was to help him understand the technical and strength aspects of paddling as well as the energy systems involved.

Not many trainers would go that extra mile to improve their knowledge and experience base like that. I recommend Henry very highly to anyone looking for a dedicated Personal Trainer.

I had the pleasure of discovering Henry and his training methods at Virgin Gym where he worked as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach.
I had been doing weight training for about a year and a half before I met Henry , so was still fairly new to weights and although I had been working through a program set for me be a previous PT , I was becoming a little bored with the training regime and I felt that I had plateaued with my development. I also had some historical shoulder weakness issues which in spite of the exercises I was doing were not really improving.
I took on a twelve week program with Henry and what a joy it was to work with him. Henry instantly developed a good rapport with me and developed a program that addressed my objectives and areas that needed improvement, such as shoulder strength and mobility.
I trained twice a week under Henry and I would have to say that working under his guidance showed me the right way to train. The sessions were intense and always challenging but fun and rewarding at the same time.
Henry’s endless enthusiasm and positive encouragement throughout the workouts always made the sessions something to look forward to.
Henry introduced me to many new workout methods that I had never done before including the proper ways to warm up .
My overall strength, muscle definition and shoulder mobility improved significantly under Henry’s training methods and I am so glad that I found him as a Personal Trainer and worked under his guidance.
I definitely recommend Henry as a PT if you really want to experience the correct way to train for results.
