When traveling internationally the lounge is a refuge from the madness of the airport. now that american airlines has tightened the entry. sorry my fellow service members you need actual orders, not leave papers. to enter there is a nice selection of food and drink I would actually like to see less spending on Alcohol since I am unable to consume alcohol due Liver transplant.
I do appreciate the effort the staff makes to ensure your layover goes a smooth as possible.

Facility Nicely put but nothing out of the ordinary
Staff friendly
Comfort, nice seating comfortable areas with tv or views
Food: would say a 2. From accessibility to variety . Limited to vegetables and some dressing or pita chips 2 varieties of soup! In summer… and just one main dish that might definitely not be appealing to everyone.

They should add more variety of simple ‘on the go’ food

Cleanliness good in the restrooms, could be improved in the general and seating areas

Monday at 1130 am and pretty quiet and empty. Lunch snacks consist of two items: Caribbean chicken and macaroni in tomato sauce. A mix of fresh vegetables — carrots and celery (but nicer than most United lounges) Of course there are various coffees from the automatic baristas.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality and selection of food here. Never thought I would say this but this jerk chicken is some of the best I’ve had. The only downside is that they charge for drinks but the nice lady at the bar gave me first gin and tonic for free and seemed to have accidentally poured half a bottle into the glass followed by a very pronounced wink.

If you have a layover of more than 4hrs, I would definitely recommend to pay $59 as a full day pass and relax in the lounge! It has enough space for sitting, it has decent food options which are available always and certain options you can order on request as well!

I am a United Club member so this was my first time in the Admiral Club. I got a day pass for $60. The seats are comfortable but only a few had outlets. Almost every seat at the United Club has an outlet. The food selection was super limited and a little surprising for such a major airport. The kale split pea soup was very good but the salad fixings were pretty lame. The coke was not the best coke I ever had. The club could use a facelift. It’s looking pretty warn. But the bathrooms were clean and each toilet had the fresh plastic with a hand wave.

I don’t typically need a place to pass the time in an airport. Today was different. For $59 I had a day pass to eat light snacks, free drinks, WiFi, access to reading material, desks, tables, recliners, quiet spaces, etc. You can order too shelf drinks and more substantial food for an up charge. The staff was very friendly and found an issue with my boarding pass upon entry. They quickly fixed it now so I wouldn’t have to fix it at the gate. It is much more relaxed in this area. I suppose if I found myself burning many hours at an airport I he lounge provides a lot of comfort and should be considered. I also got all my devices charged up for the long flight, downloaded content, and read some free digital magazines and newspapers. Worth the $59 in my opinion.
