I previously bought just 2m of speaker wire from this very same shop, perhaps 1-2 years ago. Even during that time, the lady owner who tended to me was very helpful and answered my queries on Wharfedale speakers patiently, even though I spent a total of less than $20 in her shop.
Fast forward to present day. Have decided on getting Wharfedale Evo 4.4s for quite some time due to very positive reviews that I've seen online over time. Contacted the shop via their online store on Lazada and wanted to audition the speakers together with my wife.
Melvin was very helpful in setting the speakers up, and patient throughout the whole audition process which took some time as we chose multiple tracks to listen to, and not once did he ask us about our opinions or pressured us to buy anything during the process, even during moments of silence between tracks.
I subsequently shared with Melvin our plans to get this pair of floorstanding speakers along with the matching centre Wharfedale Evo 4C for our upcoming BTO flat, and asked if it's possible to preorder the speakers in our wanted colours.
Melvin gave us a very good price, which then sealed the deal for us. With the shop being the sole distributor of Wharfedale and offering a 3 year warranty starting upon date of delivery, I am very contended with my purchase and I look forward to having it in my flat.
