Sony products are getting from good to worst and their staff were just stiffnecks and interested in you getting upgrade to your phone and customer services is getting more interested in your pocket then doing a good service support...dont waste time going there as they are not interested in providing you good customer support but plenty of excuses for you to buy more of their substandard products and very poor customer services
Shop is very quite and not many customer, I Guess they have same experience like me so are not going there. The staffs are very rude. Specifically the old Uncle. I was trying out a JBL headphone and it was not charged and the rude Uncle basically take it away from me! If Sony wants to survive there they need to fire those staff and hire new friendly one. By the way I bought AKJ after that experience.
Sold me wrong ds card. Acted as know it all. Was a bully when I complained. His answer was to trade the wrong 64g for a 32g telling me they were the same price. Because he payed the sales tax.
Lots of items here and Sony year end sale
Went there with my wife to look for a phone case for her new Sony Xperia XZ. Greeted by this 'middle age to old' man when we walked in, who asked what we were looking for. Decided to browse around before popping the question and when we did, he showed us 2 very ordinary looking cases with cut outs for the Xperia XZ (but with a price tag of S$89/-!) My wife commented it was overpriced for something so ordinary, and that's when all signs of cordiality were withdrawn by the old man. The shop was quiet with no customers around but us on a Saturday morning. I can see why.
Just a bad bunch of senior sales staffs who are so arrogant to say "NO" to every thing to a customer and one of them started calling me by names .LoL....Foreigners and tourists, just avoid this Sony center. better go to the one at Bugis junction, which has a nice staff team. I shall never, ever go to this centre. Sony, plz change these ppl before it's too late..
Confirmed! Terrible customer service when served by a senior staff. No patience. Bring a lot of SHAME to Singapore. SONY should do something about it before it gets worst!
