Gate tower 2 is on a prime location. Yet the material used for the building is not that much of quality.
Maintenance is required every now and then. Even after asking for maintenance the required person shows up a day after the next day or so on. Watchman are prompt to help with their cleaning duty yet the cat litter can b seen around the building

I don't just give it a 5 star only because I live there but the bathroom sink has some problems but still it's one of the best buildings in ajman
Good residential building with easy access to dubai. Rents have increased.
