Place des Halles

Only one restroom in the entire mall and you have to pay to use and still not so clean. Very poor choices of food in and around the mall

Embarrassing treatment of shoppers. The mall is nice and has a fine selection of stores. What is embarrassing and shameful is the lack of sanitation and toilet facilities. A que of almost 100 people for very bad and disgusting toilets. I see this as a lack of respect to the shoppers

great place with a lot of shops - great variety and very clean

This place is so run down. Parking is impossible in their parking garage because parking spots are so tiny. Everything’s is dirty and old inside this mall. Forget it!
There’s a much bigger and nicer mall outside of Strassbourg at 15 mins driving from this one it’s call promenade cœur de Alsace, driving up north with much more shopping and eating option.

We went for the Lego store, but did visit several other shops and kiosks. Everyone was very friendly. We speak two languages but not French. Every place we visited had someone that could serve us in English.

There are two parking garages and we ended up in the wrong one when trying to pay and leave. A nice couple helped us find the right one. It's a friendly place all around.

One of the biggest and best shopping malls in Strasbourg with alot of shops and enough space👌

A friendly easy to navigate mall. There is a thermomix pop up shop in the centre of it. Something I have never seen before. Parking for 7 hours was just under 13 Euro
