Good quality all the time and very happy with the budget. Definitely saving 20 pounds or so compared to other supermarkets near my house for every shopping of 80 to 100 pounds.
At approximately 8:20pm on 27/3/2024 I experienced something in the RG6 branch of Aldi that's never happened to me before in the 61 years I've been alive: I was nearly run over by a member of the Aldi staff riding a pallet truck like a scooter inside the store!
It's a big place, was bigger than I thought it would be the layout is a bit hectic but that could just be as it was my first visit they opened another till straight away too when it got a bit busier
The conduct of a few employees at that location is sadly disappointing. It's as if they act under the assumption that the store items cost nothing and that we are obliged to accommodate such behaviour. I won't contribute to paying the salaries of inconsiderate people. It's high time to consider giving your staff professional training, teaching them proper manners and how to treat customers with respect. As for me, I'm finished shopping at this store, as I don't find any items worth purchasing.
This is a great Aldi.

This was the first time I'd been to this branch for a year or so and they didn't seem to have the range of stock that they used to.
There were hardly any other customers but we still had to wait a good while to be served.
We used the Disabled toilet whilst we were there - the toilet seat was lose and it wasn't in the best state of cleanliness

Now that this supermarket is fully functioning it’s a great convenient shopping out in the locality. The interior is immaculately clean and great choice available on the shelves.
The car park is a bit small and quite a struggle to park during busy hours but can always use the parking spaces in front of Costa Coffee.

Newly opened store on Sutton business Park. Not a large store but quality of fit out is better than previous stores. Staff very helpful and enthusiastic. Biggest problem is size of car park - it simply isn't big enough. I visited on Saturday lunchtime and it was already full. Worth a visit. Would be interested to know where nearest bus stop is. Visited again on 24/06 - good size store and when we visited at 1830 there was still a good selection.
