Do not park here before 5pm or you will get TOWED!The signs make it confusing to know when it is public parking. This lot needs a permit before 5pm and after 5pm you can pay thru app. Tow trucks know that this lot has confusing signs so they routinely check the lot to tow cars. Avoid this lot at all costs!

I would avoid parking here unless you want your car tow. The signs are very confusing to determine if it is public or permit parking. You must have a permit to park here Monday to Friday before 5pm. If you park here within those time, beware! Your car will get tow and you will need to pay $140 cash to get your car back. This space becomes a public parking spot after 5pm. After our experiences, we have warn other potential driver not to park here. Even neighbors has warn other potential driver if they seek them park here. There is no parking attendant to help clarify the signs.

Even with the photo google have on here, it definitely looks like a public parking space. But be warn!!!
