Never I will come here again in my life. And you don’t come too. Yesterday we bought a gimbal, and it wasn’t working well, and next day it wasn’t working at all, so we came to change it, cause it’s obviously mistake of producer. In the warranty it’s saying “customers are entitled to replacement or free repair service in case of quality defects found in the product within 15 days upon receipt of the product” and in the mediamarkt they said send to service and wait 20 days. I NEED IT TODAY BECAUSE I HAVE A CLIENT. I explained everything clearly and let them understood that I need a new one. The guy who was working there saw that there is a problem and CONFIRMED everything I said about the gimbal. And they said we can’t do something. So why are you working? Why no one gives a proper service? Because of your mistake I will loose a project, and I don’t have 20 days because I will leave a country. THEY SAID WE CANT DO SMTH. What the heck this service is? Me and my agency will never ever buy something from here, because the shop will never give you a service you deserve. If you want to be left with your broken product - please buy from here.

I put only one star because it is confusing to buy anything there , specially small items ..

I hate shipping there .. same item with many prices .. so I always decide not to buy and leave ..

I noticed the same problem in other Media market branches..

Suggest that store manager put just few items for display and rest extra items in store .

Please put Clear price tag for each type ..

Another problem :
Yesterday we wanted white color wireless headphone and sales girl said they don’t have and only available white one in Yalova branch !

we didn’t wanted blue color headphone for our daughter !

Last minute before we leave the store .. she came and she said .. I found one white piece !!
Not nice .

You need to look for staff to get help with the products you want to purchase. They do not have much information to provide.

Good but needs a change in service

the prices are higher than teknosa and vatan computer. if i were you i would search the product that you wanna buy those markets
