This place IS BEAUTIFUL, beautiful 😍...BUT unfortunately it's ALL FAKE HISTORY.
How disappointing it is to have such timeless art/lies decor in a place that's supposed to be Honored & Honorable, but filled with deception, false history & whitewashed lies & figures of the MOST important Spiritual figures in Space/Time. America 🇺🇸, YOU'S A LIE, but the whole World 🌎 bout to TESTIFY...Tables bout Turn

I was finally able to visit the Cathedral Basilica and do the tour. It was so beautiful. The mosaics are truly stunning. I saw some beautiful churches in the UK but none rival the sheer beauty here.

Unquestionably the most gorgeous church I've set foot in. I was fortunate enough to attend Easter Sunday mass. The church was full to the brim with fellow worshippers. The magnificent beautiful shone through like sunlight through a stained glass window. The walls are adorned with several biblical scenes that are famous and well represented. The priest was full of the holy spirit and his homily was amazing. If you're passing through the area on the weekend, your Sunday obligation should be spent here.

This is such a beautiful cathedral. What art and beauty within a building. The millions of of tiles. Just breath taking. It is well worth the stop. Peaceful and thought provoking. The priest there was very kind and welcoming.

I have been to many basilicas in the country, and the cathedral basilica of St. Louis is my favorite. Besides its religious significance, the architecture itself is a piece of art. I spent a good hour appreciating the interior and all.

The skull of saint jean de brebeuf was available for people to pay respect and pray over on 2/25/2024. There was a short wait of about 15-20 minutes, and it was very well worth it.

Highly recommend for believers and non-believers to visit!

Took a guided tour, so glad we did. Our guide pointed out features we would never have noticed on our own.

The Basilica is stunning & must be seen to fully appreciate.

Free tours, but check days and times in advance. They are scheduled at specific times to avoid Mass.

Make sure to visit the basement to see photos taken during construction.

Go here! Not religious, but did find a place to write the name of a deceased loved one for a prayer which was really neat. Just so beautiful and amazing place. Go down to the museum downstairs, very cool!

A massive and impressive cathedral that combines both Eastern and Western European architectural styles. As impressive as the exterior is, the interior is on a whole other level.

It might not be so ancient as the European churches. However, the number of mosaic pieces is incredible. The work that was done 100 years old is unbelievably gorgeous...You feel like you are a part of this huge masterpiece.

Over 40 million mosaic tiles painstakingly installed over 40 years - I think that my mouth was open the entire time. It's best to visit outside of the worship schedule so that you can tour the entire interior.
