The way they are treating there customer was not good.We want to play billiard the we don't have change I ask the staff can you plz bring the change for us he replied go bring the change or else no need to play . worse customer service 🫵👎

I was visited gym on the first floor and found this court. Gym and badminton was superb👍🏻
The location is very good for commuting. Inside Sindhaga City Centre and at Al Ghubaiba Bus and Metro station.
The ceiling height is low and hence might interrupt while playing. I have played on better courts, so I would say it is somewhere mid quality facility. Not sure about the rent or fees.

Roof height would be a problem, not suitable for intermediate players. It's inside city center, next to KFC and Chicking. Parking won't be an issue.
PROS: Nice place for starters and leisure plays. Very accommodating staff. Good flooring and wall art. Convenient reception area. Sufficient resting area for players.
CONS: Poor ceiling height and inadequate lighting (substandard for official tournament). 3 courts are quite close to each other. Rental cost is quite expensive compared to other courts with sufficient space and lighting.
SUGGESTIONS: Install a digital clock. Place a water dispenser or vending machine. Add more merchandise specially shuttlecocks. Replace the linen couch with plastic chairs or wooden bench (for hygienic reason). Adapt an online booking system.

This is a new venue opened recently for indoor badminton. The facility is okey for starters or leisure.
The court floor material has to be improved.

This is a really good option for people staying near ghubaiba area. My wife me and my cousins had a session on 5th of September it is a really good option and the cost is also reasonable.
