hard to get ahold of on the phone. do they even work ? looks like they clock out at 3PM everyday.

I’m tired of smelling strong toxic fumes coming from the vents on half of the flights I take these days and there being no way to report it. On my last recent flight which had 4 legs, I smelled fumes on 3 of those flights. This always seems to occur when the planes are idling before takeoff. There’s no way I believe these events of contaminated air entering the ventilation system are rare, as the FAA claims. Please implement a reporting system to find out how common this is.

Please investiage the criminal activities of Frontier Airlines where they cancel flights ans refuse to answer the telephone or chat or email. They should have their license revoked.
