The staff who work here seriously need to be trained or just replaced with new people altogether. They have no people skills and can't even formulate a proper argument. They need to understand that they're dealing with educated people, and are not in some bazaar. special s/o to Irina who needs to be fired for just being plain rude.
There is no place like zara for the best fashion and highest quality of garments for men, ladies and kids. The store is in two store with the ground floor dedicated to ladies fashion. Men and kids collection is at the second floor. I like to shop at the store as it has best male dresses with latest fashion and styles.
I went there to exchange without receipt as I got many items and I lost the receipt they called the manager she didn’t even try to help me just said no the items were in good condition with barcode I got different color and I wanted to exchange with some other items she wasn’t helpful at all u guys should do something for the customers and teach ur staff to deal good with customer she is manager but no manner in communication at all I’m so disappointed from the service customer is always first she didn’t even try to find solution so unprofessional customer service
Very bad customer service solutions, don't bother to care for a simple legal request. I'm asking for a simple tax invoice which is a mandate by the government but no one care to pay attention. Will never buy here, I didn't expect this treatment in this kind of brand. Not recommended for any B2B transaction.
I used to love this place and always bought A LOT of my clothes from this store until i met THE WORST and most disrespectful manager called batool, when trying to return a jeans i only tried once at home to see if it fits or not, this ignorant thing accuses me of wearing it and washed it and coming to exchange it !!! Zara might consider hiring people who can differentiate between people not like this thing called batool.
