Great place great music

Kalua Discotheque is one of the best night dance clubs I’ve ever been to in Dallas! They play a lot of the latest latino and reggaeton hits. The bartenders there are amazing. The drinks are great. Security there is on point, always on guard creating a safe space for all to have fun and enjoy. People here may have a serious look on their face, but I assure you they’re all friendly.

I gave car to valet parking and then they didn’t give it back to me instead they said hey the insurance is under other name we can’t do anything but how can you give a car and you still have paper to valet and they give it to someone else. I have a lesson not to ever leave car with valet because they can’t give car to someone else when they need to have the paper in return as proof of it was giving to the same person. But overall this is not acceptable because what can happen is that if your car insurance is not under your name which is some circumstances happens to be under someone else name that doesn’t give you the right to not give the car to the same person who gave it to your valet parking this is not something that can be done I will be reporting further

The whole atmosphere was great & I received the service by the waitresses.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Two dance floors. One with música tejana. The other with reggaeton, bachata, cumbia, salsa, and hip hop.

I went on a Friday night. $10 women, $15 men. They accept card.

I always enjoy coming here to dance. The music on the cumbia/traditional side is great. The other side has some good music moments as well.

Last night I went, but this time to the VIP section that I reserved over a month ago. I walked in, paid at the entrance and asked where I pay for the bottle service. I arrived at around 9:43pm. She told me to let them know at the bar. I walked straight to the bar closest to the VIP section I was at, and asked the guy working the bar. He told me a waitress would handle it, and she would be over soon. I waited almost 25 mins. So I went to the bar on the other side of our VIP and asked again the same question. She gave me the same response. I waited another 20 mins. Then I went back and asked again. She said someone was coming now. Finally about 10 mins later someone shows up to ask what kind of liquor/mixers we want. She brings the tray back with everything but the liquor. Then asks me, “they still haven’t brought your bottle?” Even she was wondering why it was taking so long. We FINALLY got our bottle at about 10:40.

I will never again do bottle service here. Nor do I recommend bottle service here. Waiting an hour for bottle service is ridiculous. I don’t understand why it would take so long. Mind you it was dead when we got there. It didn’t get busy until around 11:30pm. There was never any apology or anything from anyone. Instead the waitress was more concerned in asking for a tip when I paid for the bottle service.

Zero stars.

This place was ghetto,nasty, and overcrowded people and a big rip off,expensive not worth $20 for going in this place, parking your on car,still charge you for parking, I will report them to the liquor & buisness licence. Bartender demands tips,they
literally get your change and put it in the tip jar. Óvercoward,filty, overcharge prices, not worth spending $60dlls in 1 hour, also under age kids. don't understand why this place is not shut down with the state and city liquor licence with so many violations. They want to recover what they lost during the covid shut down😱💩
