The front desk is wonderful, reminder phone calls and emails are sent out in a timely manner. I haven’t had a single issue scheduling myself or any of my family members. The psychologists are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Dr. Wagner is simply the best therapist I have ever met. When I meet her, I feel like I am getting 1 on 1 instruction on how to manage my anxiety. She is incredibly skilled at challenging my thoughts and helping me see the world more realistically. She is incredibly compassionate and personable to boot. I am so thankful to have been connected with her.

***WARNING*** Do not seek services here if you are in dare need. The front desk service is the equivalent of having nuckle dragging imbeciles scheduling your appointments. I have given this service and it's doctor's two tries...the first "doctor" cared nothing about treatment but about what insurance he would prefer I use. He would keep referencing methods that I have tried and even when I told him I didn't want to revisit those methods he kept pushing. By the fourth appointment where he acted like I was there to listen to his woes, I called it a wrap and cancelled further appointments. The second doctor sounded wonderful and stated she could help me. The front desk scheduled a battery of appointments and when I asked for a copy of the appointments they said I would be contacted with reminders. I heard nothing and called repeatly playing Russian Roulette phone tag trying to get someone to answer the phone because they have a problem returning calls if a message is left. I finally get someone who picks up the phone only to tell me all appointments for me where cancelled for not showing and I had to state that I called repeatedly to get my appointments with no luck. I was patched through to the doctor and she scheduled me to come in and workout a new schedule. I show up and the front desk says no you are not scheduled. They then have the nerve to try and reschedule at a later date like I would deal with their incompetence again. Also, check your billing statement with your insurance agency to make sure they don't pull a switch up and try to use you secondary insurance as your primary insurance.
