I feel like the high rated reviews are from employees or family. Servers are slow and unorganized. Kitchen is slow also. Been sitting for 35 min as of know waiting on food. Several people just waiting on checks. Less than 20 people in the restaurant. Seven workers not counting kitchen. First and last time here.

Our server was so sweet! The food was delicious, the loaded mushroom burger was a piece of art sitting on the plate. The salad bar was clean and had a lot more fixings than other Ruby Tuesday's had. I am not sure why their rating is low. Me and my sons really enjoyed the dinner.

What can I say about this place The Team is Amazing. The general manager Dennis, the waitress, Bartender Adrienne, the whole team is wonderful. Love you all.

Stood for 25 minutes waiting to be seated. Tables were dirty and not cleaned. We asked for a table went to sit the sun was blaring thru we asked about pulling a shade down another table who had their shade down started complaining that they wanted the sun. So we moved to the other side and the wait staff started apologizing to the other couple who were talking about us. We just got up and left. Terrible wait staff apologizing to them for what? They weren’t put out in any way. Loss of our services from our family. One of us were comfortable eating after that engagement

My husband wanted to visit Ruby Tuesday since we haven't been since the beginning of COVID. Our waitress was great. She had a good attitude and was smiling the whole time we were there. The food was okay. I had the cajun chicken pasta and my husband had the ribs and shrimp meal. My meal was okay. The sauce that was on the pasta was very thin and I believe it was supposed to be an Alfredo sauce. It was dripping from the pasta and not sticking to it the way I would prefer. However, the chicken had great flavor. Also, my breadstick was very hard. I believe, from sitting under the heat lamp.My husband said he enjoyed his meal. It's not at the top of my list for a return visit, and I believe they've had their time. But there are those who love this restaurant and I'm sure it's them who keeping them afloat.

We ordered Ruby Tuesday for dinner and we ordered the full rack of ribs and Cajun chicken pasta. We have always enjoyed Ruby Tuesday but lately the quality and the attention to detail has progressively gotten worse. I ordered the ribs with hickory bourbon I got a spicy sauce not the hickory bourbon. The pasta sauce was barely enough to cover that noodles and the chicken was very dry.

used to solicit this place on a regular basis for lunch, but the nastiness of the employees, the micro managing of them following you down the salad bar line while you make your salad, the feeling of them never wanting to get what I needed and just hanging around waiting for them to restock items on the salad bar even when there were less than 10% of customers in the restaurant and the salad bar items molding rather quickly -- caused me not to return. There are some things that are just not worth your time, your effort or the drive and wasted gas to get there just to be treated like a bag of garbage. This is one of those places.

Jason's deli was a better choice for me where my salad is always fresh and stays fresh, I always get treated well, the salad bar is well stocked and whatever I need, my waiters get it with a smile. If they don't have it, they're quick to apologize. No eye roll, no gossip, no snickering and no attitude towards PAYING customers... and THAT--- my friends at RT--- is what GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE looks like. The drive from my home to here is farther than my drive to Jason's Deli, so it's a win-win for me.

I always return to read reviews to see if a place has improved. I see they haven't. Thanks, but no thanks, RT. I'll continue to give my business to your competitors who are letting me know that they WANT my business and as their customer ---I'm appreciated and they want me to return.
