Burger King

This has to be one of the worst experiences i've had in a very long time. I don't know who the owner is, but he has to be losing money. I'm not sure person would actually hire people to run their store so badly. Not anymore. Waited 20 min in a line to end up with no food. AVOID THIS PLACE.

The store was nice and clean. My food got to me in record time. The food is hot fresh nicely made nice and neat. Maria was right the first time and the lady on front register. Mrs. Sky was amazing.

My burger was horrible!!! The meat was halfway hard as plastic like it was cooked twice, also missing onions, lettuce all the good stuff!. I know i ask for no tomatoes but come on I literally just got ALOT OF mayonnaise and some ketchup, hard old meat and even the bottom bun was hard!!!. What a shame!!!. The cook must of call out this night!

My husband and I had the taste for a good BK burger. He ordered a Texas Double with no pickles, no bacon, and cut in 1/2. I ordered the same with everything. We got home and found that neither of the burgers were marked to differentiate which had no pickles, neither of the burgers were cut in 1/2 and neither had jalapeños on them. His sandwich also had an entire core of lettuce on it that he didn't order. When you spend almost $30 on fast food, the least they can do is get the order right. Please see the picture of the lettuce core. Very disappointing 😞.

Get ready to wait. 45 minutes plus in the drive-through line with no cars behind you. They suck on customer service. The management teams encourage the workers to lie to you. To make you wait just to get your order wrong. Sad to say, this one is only 10 minutes from my house. And I'm pretty familiar with the management teams up there. All of them are quick-tempered. An unapologetic when they know they're not doing their job correctly. The owner of this Burger King should really invest. In hiring new management.

Personally, I guess I must go on the good days. I've been a handful of times within the last 8 months at random times and the only bad experience I've had is being told not to pull up to the window yet. Bc they're trying to trick the clock. Even then, my food was fresh, good and my order was correct so yea. Not to mention it's nice and clean inside, and the staff is very nice. My food is always good so thanks BK!

Not in this Burger King as seeing it was about the only thing around me, I haven’t had Burger King in five years probably… wanted some chicken fries. When I walk in, they tell me that the fryers are down so the only thing you can get is a burger seeing as it was the only place around and I was hungry. I got a bacon king burger. My one request was late on the ketchup and mayonnaise, because I do not like when it’s piled on there and drenched in ketchup and mayonnaise. They were nice and yes, of course I said thank you. get my burger opened in the truck and it was absolutely disgusting. Used 3 napkins to wipe the multiple tablespoons of Mayo and ketchup off. Then still dripping everywhere. You had no fryers and one simple request for my ONE item…do better. Smh
