Bye Bye Chicago

Ok, selection of tourist items. Bit expensive. Staff no overly helpful or engaging.

I do not recommend this store. I live out of state and I was visiting Chicago, when I bought a nice shirt for my husband. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size. After 34 days, a friend went to Chicago and took the shirt to be exchanged for one size up. The shirt was untouched and with all the tags. The person that works at the store refused to make the exchange.

This is a very nice shop in the city of Chicago. My son and I purchased some souvenirs at a very reasonable price. The shop is very organized with a great location. The walk was very pleasant and you could see the Chicago skyscrapers from here.

Terrible quality products, got a mug and by the time I opened it the handle was broken before I even used it! Waste of money, don’t buy their cheaply made items.

Good store to stock up on Chicago souvenirs! The products are the same in all the stores

They had the specific knick-knack I was looking for and were pleasant and quick to ring it up. What more can you really ask for in a souvenir shop?

Nice souvenir shop ! Has a wide variety, decent prices, would recommend to check out. Might save a bit compared to the attractions gift shops.
