Excellent location, environment and song selections. They have basically all Chinese songs including mainland and Cantonese HK songs. Service was a little poor though but other than that highly recommended. We went in the early afternoon and paid $25 per person for 3 hrs great price.

The place looks good. However, they need to fix the smell of their place. It smells like sewage!🤢🤢🤢 All of us got turned off. This issue will make your customer not come back. Please fix it!

Since we came in, it smells like a toilet in the foyer. The smell wouldn’t go away even in the room. When we tried to order drinks, we were told that we have to finished our drinks first. But our gin & tonic tasted like water. I don’t know why people are not allowed to have different drinks. Their service was horrible. When they serve your food they just dumped on the table and walked away. I will not recommend this Karaoke. There are better ones in the city.

Great sound systems but terrible staff and service.

We made a booking beforehand for 12 pm, only to find the place was still locked when we arrived. The manager finally arrived after 20 mins, and took his sweet time opening up the store, even having the audacity to tell us that we shouldn't have arrived this early and asked us to come back later. One of the worst customer services I've faced in my life, and the manager should be fired immediately.

Atmosphere and room all good. But hard to find songs …. They need to change song finder system.

Good price and comfortable rooms. They have specials at various times and on various days which makes it even cheaper.
Quality of the sound and mics is excellent, and most songs can have the vocals turned off/on at the press of a button.
Also, large catalogue of songs.

Very good. Good prices, Nice environment and good music selection. Definitely recommend. However they do get hooked out sometimes, so it’s best to book them before going. Their lack of website makes the booking process a bit difficult.

The green tea with Hennessey was very diluted. I wouldn't recommend getting their jugs here. It literally felt I was just drinking green tea. Their long Island iced teas and food is ok however. Also, they're very strict on drinks, as they don't want anyone to get drunk. We ordered two jugs and six long Island iced teas between the seven of us but we couldn't order shots until we finished all of our drinks. The room is ok. Gala KTV is known for their microphone on the small podium so you can really give it your all when you're singing.
