Service is very slow and bad how is fastfood taking more than a hour

We enjoyed their service and food. Took a little while but the wait was worth it.

The customer service in this branch is terrible. I waited for my order for over 40min and somehow people who came after me got their order before me. Even though i kept following up. They didn’t care despite my complaints. If you are in Thika go to the town branch instead.

Poor customer service, reluctant to take your order. The interaction was terrible.

Poor services when it comes to delivery,because they did not deliver my order even after payment…happened twice

Good for weekends for the kids.
