The Asian grocery has some many things in stock and the prices are pretty good :)

Ample parking and great place to buy asian groceries
Close to ferry wharf, bus stop, good services and shops downstairs
It's a small and unpretentious shopping mall. It's right across from the ferry wharf and bus station at Hill Road. It has a big multiple Asian grocery store and take-out eateries, cafés and a medical centre. I come to this shopping centre to visit the pathologist at the medical centre and do some grocery shopping at the oriental supermarket.
This could have been so much more. Definitely wouldn’t consider this a destination, just a place to pass through.
Not many shops to choose. Parking entrance is very narrow, a bit challenging for a learner's driver, design needs to be improved.
