Pizza Hut Winnipeg

Pizza Hut is great! Buffet is awesome. I love the original hut architecture of the few buildings that are left.

I recently made an "end of the school year" field trip with some colleagues and students. We chose Pizza Hut for our lunch. I called ahead of time to place an order for the whole motorcoach, bus driver included. The woman on the phone who helped me place my order was very helpful and went above and beyond in accommodating us. Our very large order was prepared and ready for the specified time. The receipts were also numbered to indicate the sequence of our order, to help us coordinate with our list of orders. AMAZING! I felt absolutely taken care of during such a busy trip. I can't say how much that was appreciated. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Employees were excellent and efficient.

Attempted to put my address in and nothing came up, attempted to find the menu and a limited menu would appear. Tried to call with no . answer and it put me on hold and after 15 minutes I admitted defeat and hung ip.

Came to pick up my order and it wasn’t even started, staff were confused as to where it even went. Had to wait. While waiting 5 other people came in and all orders are behind, the order dash guy had to call his clients to advise it will be late.Not professional

I came in evening at this store there manager was so rude for service just i dont know why such people get job who dont want to work.

I was the only one in the restaurant when I walked in and the employee preparing a pizza did not acknowledge me.

I waited some time to see if he would call another employee to help me out, nothing.

Then when I approached him nicely and said “Hi there, sorry to bother..” he downright ignored me and kept preparing his pizza.

It wasn’t until the shift manager saw me at the corner of her eye that I was finally helped.

I get the employee was probably miserable working on a Friday night, but you still have to be polite and professional.

Zero star experience.

Worst quality of food I have ever experienced in all my years from Pizza Hut. Customer service lived up to their quality of food too. Ordered a p'zone but there was bare bones for stuffing and was like eating over priced bread. Spoke to a staff member & showed him the quality of food that I was given only to be told that is what it is suppose be like. One gets more topping on a pizza. See attached photo. I think all would agree with me on this one. Not even worth the one star rating. Very pathetic!!!

Service was slow when we came in, took about 7 or 8 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Server was pleasant enough though. Food half decent. Chicken Wing's were a joke. 10 bucks for what.. 5 bites of chicken. Not worth it 😔
