It made me nervous sending your passport to an embassy that doesn’t even answer the phone or reply to emails. With them I don’t have to worry. Also, if I make a mistake in my visa application - they make it so easy to fix.

I'm not sure about other countries but please note if you're going to Egypt for travel the visa cost is $25 for you to do it yourself. If you do it through these people you will be charged atleast $124. My sister and I did not know this upon purchase and ended up losing a chunk of our travel funds here. They were very nice people and worked with my sister well however she asked for instructions on obtaining a visa and ofcourse they told her how to go through them and not that she had 2 options, them or $25 to do it herself. With them you're basically paying $100 extra for them to walk over and hand your paperwork to someone from another embassy. After doing further research I found out...... money does not have to be wasted this way.

All in all, unless you are having trouble obtaining your visa yourself I would strongly advise saving $100 and just simply grabbing your visa yourself. I hope I helped someone.

What a great experience! Travel these days is not easy, especially International travel. How grateful we are for the help of this company and for Maureen.
