I'm writing as a mum. My son has been attending Combat Fit sessions with Dean, twice a week, since Nov 2018. As my son is 16,I stay for the session. Dean is an excellent instructor. Every session is different, and he's constantly supportive 100% during each session. My son looks forward to Mondays & Weds. He loves the sessions, everyone is friendly and supports one another, especially when working in pairs. My son has gone from strength to strength. His body shape has changed, he's lost inches off his chest and waist and can now do press ups without collapsing! He's really got the fitness bug and asked for a bicycle for his birthday, so he can go training on that as well. His enthusiasm is all down to Dean's encouragement, support and dedication.
Going to the Gym can be intimidating for anyone, especially for a teenage lad. Combat Fit has given my son confidence. Confidence in himself, and in what he can achieve. He's very focused during each session. The other group members are very friendly, welcoming and supportive.
So, from the mum of a teenager, I'd highly recommend Combat Fit to anyone who wants to get fit and have an instructor who is dedicated to the class, makes every session different, always very energetic and supportive. Everyone leaves knowing they've pushed themselves as hard as they can, buzzing for the next session.
Dean offers great package deals when booking online. The sessions are amazing value for money. And can be changed, without losing your payment, to another day, if something crops up or you're poorly.
I've no hesitation in giving 5* to Combat Fit and Dean. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I've spent time with many personal trainers and been in a handful of different classes and Dean at Combat Fit stands out from the crowd. Highly recommend Combat Fit.
