- Beautiful campus
- Parking was fairly ok once we received directions on getting to it...just needed to sit to wait for a spot (not a long wait)
- everyone on the campus appears to be well trained in hospitality (5++)
- Dined at "Post Road Brew House"
- They probably was having an off day; the meal did not work for me; this trip wasn't about me, so I'm happy my companion enjoyed himself for the most part. We'll return again and try a different dining option. Years back, I dined at the Italian restaurant, and it was super delicious--especially the bread
I will also say, in order to maintain the hospitality, the same offer and apilogies you give to the person at the table a foot away for the long wait is the same you should give to our table. Do better!

Okay but not great. I know it’s students and they are trying hard, but the service was alternatively overly hovering or slow. Waited 20 minutes for dessert. Food wasn’t especially well prepared or presented.
Great food, great atmosphere, great service
Wonderful food and service. Presentations were creative and attractive. All courses were delicious. Our first time there - we will be back. The drive from northwest Connecticut was easy with pleasant views.
So good I don't want to tell you about it! I want to be able to get a reservation next time
My friend took me here as a treat. The food was excellent and presented well. Its not top notch chefs, its prepared by people who are on the way to becoming top notch. These fine students are learning every aspect of the food business. I am reserving one star because these people are still rising stars and they have not yet reached their full potential. But its a great restaurant and well above many other establishments which are more expensive.
Outstanding as always. My culinary chef friend, brought me there for a Grandview and visit.
What a great outing! Beautiful campus overlooking the Hudson River. So fun to watch students in classes through big glass windows (don't have to take the tour if time is short). And the food! We ate at Bocuse, and it was top notch. I've eaten at top restaurants in NYC, Paris, Rome, etc., and found the food excellent. Some bumps with the service, but hey, they're students! We had a blast, and it was CHEAP. Great fun!
