The food is bland no taste or spices on the chicken coating
Excellent food, chicken burgers were fresh and hot. Freshly made fries in front of us. They offer good double deals (2 burgers or 2 wraps) would highly recommend
There is no complaints, fast service, tasty food, fries were perfect for me, light and crispy, zero grease, and the chicken was the same. I might go back today for lunch, thanks for the reminder google, and keep up the good work brothers, ✌️
One of the staff member tried to bully me I might take action against him. Doesn’t he know that we are living in the UK and bullying someone is not allowed at all.
This place actually quite decent considering they are quite a lot of Fried Chicken shops about but this shop in particular it has fresh produce every time I visited and consistent taste overall it's very clean which I like and the atmosphere is great and the service is great I would definitely recommend it and overall the price is quite reasonable good place I definitely recommend this particular chicken fried shop over a lot of the others.

Not a good start to sell something else. After that experience I wouldn’t bother trying something else. Nothing special okay food like many average place.

The worst ever shop I have ever been in the UK. Actually I don’t even want to give 1 star because of the following reasons-
1. Customer Service
Trying to take extra money from customer
I ordered 1 Chicken Burger on its own and 1 piece of Chicken. But the till man took £4.50 from me. Although he told me the price of without meal ( on its own) is cheaper than meal deal, 1 chicken burger+ 1 piece chicken with fries and drink (meal deal) is only £4.49. The staffs are too much talking in their language while working and packing the foods.
2. Taste is 0 quality. I can compare with the other shop where I use to eat at another UK fried Chicken in at the Washwood Heath Road. The foods are fresh and look nice but the worst ever taste I had. Even chip is not good taste. I understand this is the cheap price shop but why lower quality and worse taste than other UK Fied Chicken.
3. Cleanliness
Since I came in the shop, there was some drink already spilled on the floor, so wet and messy, nobody came and cleaned or mop till I left after I ate my foods. No safety because the yellow/wet sign is away from spillage place.
4. Local people and environment
I saw one person bought the foods from this UK Fried Chicken and eating in the car which was parking near the shop, that person on the car was eating in the car and throwing out the bones from the window to the road. When I left, I noticed that there were some chips, used tissues and bags were also thrown on the road and platform. Disgusting and lower health and safety.
I am not recommending to visit this shop and I will never go there again.
