Such a cool and intimate vibe, staff super friendly and attentive, very knowledgeable and aimed to please. We ordered 4 drinks and one of them my husband didn't like and couldn't finish but he told the server it was his own fault for choosing it , no big deal. Today we got a refund for that drink without even asking. Very nice of them and we fully were prepared to pay for l we ordered...and did!!!

Worse service I’ve ever experienced. We were greeted and it took a while to get our drink order taken. We didn’t notice until we finished our first drink and waited close to 50 minutes before we finally flagged someone down. We were disappointed and just took the check vs buying another drink. Nobody ever checked on us and at least 1/2 the booths were open. I saw the 3 workers just talking at the bar. If this cocktail bar is sell an experience, they failed. Lots of room for opportunity.
We were recommended this speakeasy by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. Loved the decor, vibe, history, and the breakdown of cocktails during cart side service. Make sure to book this speakeasy if you are a cocktail lover in Austin.

Midnight Cowboy is a cool reservation-only cocktail bar with a speakeasy vibe. The bar cart service is pretty awesome and really elevated the experience. The only hiccup is that if you visit while the sun is still out the clear window light can be a bit distracting. But hey, overall, it's a great spot for a unique night out with fantastic cocktails!
Great experience as usual. If you’re looking for a semi-private spot to enjoy cocktails with low key vibes, this is it. Our server Rocky was great; friendly, nice and very knowledgeable. I come here every time I visit the Austin area. Def worth every penny.
If you are looking for a low-key cocktail spot in the midst of the 6th Street chaos, this is a great spot. It comes with a high price tag though. They really know their stuff and will custom make drinks to your taste. There are small tables in the front of the speakeasy and on the back some private small rooms for groups. I will remember this place for next time as it was a real gem!
