I once went to this pharmacy to buy medicine, but the staff was very impatient and ill-mannered, and even more unbelievable, I asked for a tax refund, they lied to me that I only needed to get a receipt to the airport to complete the tax refund process, which was impossible, and I also needed a tax refund form filled out and signed by the pharmacy staff. I can't imagine that the staff of the pharmacy would lie to the customers. If you are a tourist, be careful of this pharmacy!

The clerk's attitude is very rude, has been allowing locals to jump the line, the clerk is racist, very horrible experience!

Hello, i am a tourist from Taiwan, I think the staff accidentally swiped my credit card twice on 7 December 2023, I received two amount from my credit card notice, what should I do now? Following is my receipt, but I already left Germany, what should I do?

They were very helpful and very professional. They ordered what we needed and it arrived in a couple of hours. Also they offered to talk to the doctor in case of misunderstanding. And suggested not to take certain medicine with the one prescribed and offered alternative. Thanks a lot. Very recommended.

Open till 20.00 hours, friendly and experienced staff. Not to mention that great location and just steps away from basically everything.

The staff were friendly and speak English. The place itself is small but lots of good stuff and cheaper compare to other.
