I truly appreciate the time and attention I receive at Alexandria Primary Care. Dr. Corella's skill level with diagnosing and looking into my issues were superb. The front desk staff Ms. Ebony is always helpful. I recommend Dr. Corella to my friends and family in the area and they also, had a phenomenal experience.

Wonderful staff from the front desk, to the nurse to the Doctor. Charlene, the receptionist is very friendly and always helpful, Sessy, the nurse, is very responsive and competent. I can always count on her to help me out. Both are a great value to Dr. Sims, who I highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Alexandria Primary Care only a few times and I have mixed feelings. In terms of a recommendation I can not give one as I do not think that they care about their patients and are overall not the nicest people. The front desk receptionist are extremely rude and frankly unapproachable as they always seem to not care or feel bothered by your presence. In terms of care sometimes it is good sometimes it is not but it is always met with a “make a follow up appointment” so we can take more of your money. Save yourself the stress and time and find somewhere else.

Please pay attention, and give careful consideration, to the negative reviews given here. The reviews are negative for a reason. In my carefully considered opinion this "medical" practice is simply all about the money. Based on my own observation, they certianly restricted and rationed his medical care due to him being on Medicare. My husband also paid a lot of money for their VIP/concierge service. He was a human being, not just an entry on their financial ledger. He routinely went for his exams and lab work. He had numerous medical conditions that the doctor he saw, and the lab this practice uses for blood work, should have identified and treated. As a medical practitioner, how do you monitor a patient for twelve (12) years and never realize the patient has life-threatening medical conditions? They did not. They dropped the ball. He died an excruciating, heartbreaking death. How I wish I could have convinced him to go to a different medical practice. ZERO stars if I could.

Amazing service amazing staff front desk. Nurses doctors really care the follow up when you’re in. Need late Friday afternoon when they’re closing is wonderful and your doctor is on leave. The staff covers for them and works with your pharmacy. Can’t say enough about their service.

I've been going here for about 5 years now for wellness and sick visits. I always have a great experience. I usually see Liz Lawhon, NP. She's great! I've also benefited from her recommendations when I needed to follow up with a specialist doctor and PT. I love the new facility too.
