Excellent place for gatherings. Has picnic tables, bbq's, walking trails, plenty of room for activities.
Lovely local park and trail. There is a pond here with a loop trail. You can run or walk. Great view of Mount Wellington. There are pokekos here.

Been there before enjoyed the walk around the wetlands. Had a spring bbq there this time ,really good cooking on them as they heated up fairly fast.
Compact area suitable for young children playing or burning those calories off.

I love walking through the wetlands, seeing different birds then up the stairs on to the Heritage Trail.
