Cortland in Galeria Kazimierz is my Apple product needs go to place. The shop is spacious. Not that crowded. The staffs are nice and attentive.

I usually have doubts and hesitating to avail or try few services here in Krakow as I am still struggling with my Polish. Good thing is that the staffs are speaking English comfortably and that made my experience for Cortland trade-in option great.

I have to recommend the service here, as they helped me with my quite unusual problem I couldn't solve at other places. Overall a very great experience
Nice staff on individual level.Unfortunately the store is not following EU regulations with regards to return or exchange of items purchased. Store not willing to exchange item and referring to Polish laws. Unwillingness a shop choice, irrespective of legislation (which I will follow up on accordingly). Over all service and experience has to be a clean 1. Poor. March 2024.
