Eastwood Mart

All staff in this mart always friendly and nice to customers. I appreciate their kindness. Happy to visit here. I highly recommend this other than any other Korean groceries.

The counter female staff are always kind and there are many fresh vegetables and various foods, so it is a very good mart for shopping.

Very happy with the service here. When the cashier lady moved from one side to another, she made sure no one can push in. She even asked the guy who pushed in front of me to wait and served me first.

They are very polite as well, they always have a smile on their faces.

This place has a lot of Korean groceries here. It’s a must visit for all your Korean / Asian needs.

Great variety of Korean snacks and condiments. Everything you’re looking for, they will have. Staff has always been so friendly and accommodating. Great location too. A walking distance from the car park.

Awful experience! racist behaviour. The lady in sale eftpos counter doesn’t know how to behave. Disrespectful & need training on customer service & experience. Only good behaviour with their own community people. Highly not recommended.

My partner and I love this place! We stumbled across the store a few weeks back and were really impressed with the price and quantity of Korean/Asian goods.

We're always greeted with a smile and feel comfortable asking for their recommendations.

I would give this place a zero, if i could. Male owner was not wearing a mask inside. I was after a box of masks which i saw a single one displayed but when I asked how much a box was, he told me to line up. There was a long line queuing. I'm not going to line up if I don't know how much it was.
They treat you second class if you are not Korean!!! Customer service at its worst!!!!!!

I tried to ask a young man the same thing, but then the older man said in Korean, ask her to line up!!
Never going back there again.
