Burrito Splendido

Ordered a burrito for delivery and although it was huge and loaded, there was no flavour. The beef wasn’t seasoned at all and not even a little spice. I added rice, beans and shredded cheese but none of it was seasoned, I’m not even sure the cheese was there. I might try again but order in.

I've been a burrito splendido enthusiast since the start. I've had minimal issue with this location. Last order however, was the worst I've had. This restaurant is too expensive to serve less than great food. With the issues I've had at the portage location recently as well, I'm starting to lose faith in this franchise. I'm not going to pay 20 bucks for a lunch if I can't rely on it being what it's supposed to be.

Management, can you train your staff in portioning ingredients/toppings? The amount of Mayo and sour cream smothering the food was just ridiculous. You know when someone serves you food and you wonder if that person even eats food? No one in their right mind wants a burrito bowl that primarily consists of sour cream and/or chipotle Mayo. If you're serving food, this simple understanding of toppings rations shouldn't be hard to figure out.

Quality ingredients and the bread is fresh pressed. But the trays had some aging food sloppily hanging off the edges. I couldn't give it less of a review because it's a one of a kind in winnipeg.

Fresh, flavorful food. Quick service. Good portion size. Salads need to contain more lettuce. Other than that, I've been pleased overall.

Not a typical fast food joint. The workers were friendly and organized. The kitchen area was clean and tidy. They handled the food safely and efficiently.
The large salad with lettuce base was enough for 2 portions. I was full each time too. Nice and spicy.

Amazing food. Well worth the price. The flavours are so fresh. It is obvious the ingredients used are higher quality than other places offering fast food burritos. I'll for sure be stopping here again!

Many many locally sourced ingredients used here! I've been here many times and have had great food everything. My go to place for a burrito.
