I have had a positive experience at the Baltimore Center for Psychotherapy, but due to the nature of this profession and privacy issues, I will only comment on the non-personnel aspects.

In terms of the space, the rooms are well-lit (with windows), and well-decorated without feeling cluttered. The patients' privacy is respected by having fans blow white noise outside of the doors (nobody has ever interrupted an appointment), the waiting area is comfortable, and the bathroom is always clean.

One advantage relative to many other therapists' offices -- which is external to the therapy itself, but still important -- is that the office for the Baltimore Center for Psychotherapy is conveniently located. I always find (free) parking and easily so, and there are numerous options for food and/or coffee within a 5-minute walk, as it's in Hampden, and it's a 15-minute walk to the Johns Hopkins Homewood Campus.
