Great place for residence. calm, clean and secure.
It is a very best project of karachi, well Maintained, cleaned and secured with cc TV cameras and 24 hours Electricity and water available with the efforts of Union President Dr. Abdul Aziz Habib. I wish live here ever.

This is very old building. I was leaving in this building's flat. It is trouble full residential project.
Main first big problem is water. Every second day sweet water come only for one hours. You have to store if water comes in you flat. Some flats residents wait for half house when water motor start, because water distribution system are very bad.
Second big problem was electric meters. One room alloted for meters installed. It is kacra room. Very bad position, some unknow persons theft my flat electric meter and I was paid on everge bill to KESC.
Third big problem is swerag system is collep. Every swerag pipe are leak. Some time napak water shower on me from leak pipe and I was unable to perform Namaz in this situation.
Residents are not well civilized, union face hard efforts to collect monthly maintenance charges.
At the end it is problem full residential project.
